Shipping and Returns
Shipments within Canada
We do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly and smoothly. Orders placed within Canada are typically shipped the next business day after your order is received. All shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post, depending on your location and delivery preferences.
We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.97 CAD for orders under $75.00 CAD (after any discounts and before taxes and shipping). Orders of $75.00 CAD or more ship free within Canada.
Please note that we are only able to deliver to residential and business street addresses, so we’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to you.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. We don’t process or ship on holidays, so orders placed on those days will be handled the next business day. If restocking is needed to complete your order, we’ll reach out to you right away so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.
To help ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, as we’re unable to make changes once an order has shipped.
Return policy
Firstly, thank you for your oder! We want you to be happy with your purchase! We will gladly offer a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order. Please email us at hello@loyaltonature.com detailing your request for a return.
If you would like to return a product for a refund during this period, please ensure that you meet the required conditions:
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must not be worn or washed
- Product must not be damaged
- Product is free of scents/odours
- Original tags must be attached
Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Any product returned that does not meet the requirements may not qualify for a return.
If the above criteria has been met, we are happy to provide a full refund, less shipping charges, to the original payment method.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot cover the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We recommend purchasing insurance/tracking as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Please take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged, we may not be able to offer a refund.
Problems with your order
If you receive a defective product, please email us within 3 days of the date the item was delivered so we can make it right!
